Peer-coaching across companies (remote)
We offer peer coaching programs (typically over a time span of 3-6 months) in which we curate groups of professionals who work in similar roles and face similar challenges. These programs combine hands-on training, peer learning elements designed by the participants themselves and collegiate counseling (“Kollegiale Beratung”), trained, facilitated and supervised by professional coaches. The magic lies in the symbiosis of self-reflective work on each participant’s individual unleveraged leadership potential and a long-term group experience in which participants support and accompany each other through their learning journey.
Team-internal leadership trainings
Similar to our peer coaching programs but tailored to individual teams and companies, we offer ongoing leadership training programs and coachings which are highly collaborative and enable management and line-management teams to learn and agree on basic principles they want to incorporate in their leadership. Based on the groups’ experience levels these programs can incorporate hands-on training elements or focus on professionally facilitated collegiate counseling (“Kollegiale Beratung”).
1 to 1-coaching (remote & in person)
We work with founders, team leads and new managers who face difficult decisions or want to work on themselves as leaders. We follow a systemic constructivist approach which puts the coachee at the center and assumes that they are the expert of their issue - and the only person who can find the best solution. These sessions can be one-off or continuous.
As experts in people management, organisational design, “new work” and HR, we work with companies undergoing growth and change. We’ve been called in for damage control before but much prefer collaborative damage prevention by ensuring the right conversations are being had and alignment has been found before you jump to execution. Consulting can be one-off or as ongoing sparring-partners for founders, HR departments, management teams and individuals.
We offer hands-on trainings in the following areas: feedback & communication culture, hiring and retaining talent, remote work, performance management, employer branding.
mediation & conflict resolution
When conflicts are beyond the point of internal resolution, we step in. We provide professionally facilitated mediation, a highly structured and process-oriented method of conflict management. The mediator is impartial here and helps conflict parties to develop win-win solutions. We offer mediation between teams, within teams or between individuals.
Life isn’t black and white and most companies' needs don’t fit one bucket. If you think there’s something we can be helpful with just ask and we’ll think about it together!
